Nestle HR Coordinator - Nestlé Factory in Campbellfield, Australia

Position Summary

We’re looking for a HR professional to join our Nestlé Campbellfield factory in the HR Coordinator role. Reporting to the Factory HR Business Partner, you’ll take an active role in coordination of the application of Nestlé HR policy at a thriving, dynamic confectionery manufacturing site.

A day in the life…

  • Collaborate with all levels of management to manage and recruit workforce

  • Engage with community partners including schools, TAFE, local council on community engagement activities such as volunteering, work experience, career fairs etc

  • Drive our youth employment program, including work experience, VCAL, apprentices, grad program and internships.

  • First point of call for employee queries on policies, procedures, and enterprise agreement

  • Coaching People Leaders on people processes and systems

  • Collaborate on leading site wellbeing programs

  • Reporting on employee Training and Development programs

  • Supporting ways of working toward best practice, including HR processes

  • Support industrial relations to foster a collaborative and results focused workplace culture

  • Data analysis to drive insights on employee engagement and enablement

To be successful…

  • A desire to grow their HR career in a supportive and fun team environment

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR (a qualification in HR Management would be considered desirable), including recruitment, coaching training and development. Suitable to a recent graduate.

  • An appetite to learn and apply a broad range of HR policies, programs within end-to-end HR systems

  • Enjoy building connections with all employees across functions and levels of organisation

  • Apply a learning and growth mindset to the role in the context of a dynamic manufacturing organisation

  • Exposure to and knowledge of employee management systems (i.e. SuccessFactors) will be considered an advantage

  • Be able to predominantly work on site (flexibility with respect to hours of work is possible, but this is an on-site role)

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and may be required undergo a Federal Police check.
