Automotive manufacturing company looking for an Automation Engineer to add to the growing team in Canal Winchester, OH. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, project management skills, and PLC programming skills.

responsibilities:

? Improve manufacturing process

? Reduce machine downtime

? Improve part quality through material or process improvement

? Introduce new technology and innovation for new model

? Take project from planning stage to full implementation

? Work with cross functional team to solve problems (Kaizen team)

? Focus: Automation Equipment

? Identify and document process control point (equipment/process setting)

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Education: Bachelors

skills:

• Automation (3 years of experience is preferred)

• PLC (3 years of experience is preferred)

• Pneumatics (3 years of experience is preferred)
