As a commercially minded, technology savvy and customer orientated HR Professional, you will be responsible for all aspects of the HR agenda in the Netherlands & Belgium. As a trusted advisor and partner to the Country Manager and Country Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will be accountable for aligning HR strategies and tactical HR programs in Netherlands to best drive commercial and functional success. You will be a member of both the country leadership team and ESI (Employer Services International) HR Leadership team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Talent. You will drive the Talent Strategy in Netherlands; ensure calibration, succession and performance processes take place throughout the organization, supporting the business to act on results and/or focus areas; drive a results orientated & collaborative culture, which embraces pay for performance and is open to feedback as enabler of personal and professional growth; anticipate talent requirements for future roles working closely with the BU’s to develop talent to develop succession and talent plans.

People Strategies. You will support the business in growing the organization from a revenue and market leadership position that is fit for the future, using meaningful HCM dashboards to help drive data and fact-based decisions and conversations; take the lead in Engagement, Employability and Organizational effectiveness initiatives; lead the deployment and localization of ADP’s Global People Strategy, e.g., processes, systems, development, and structures; champion the company values through self-demonstration and by holding others accountable.

Compliance. You will ensure that administration, (KPIs) reporting, benefits, pension, and insurance are compliant, costs effective and beneficial; ensure local law and regulations are implemented in policies, people practices and HR operations; ensure processes and approvals from necessary stakeholders have been acquired as needed; ensure focus in adopting global policies, procedures, and HR portfolio for local usage; drive and roll out global processes and increase adoption rate of our ADP HR tools.

Employee Relations. You will act as the trusted partner and representative of ADP for all employee representative bodies and oversee complex associate relations topics; manage together with the local Managing Director the Works Council relationships.

HR Team Management. You will lead a team of 3 HR Business Partners, responsible for all aspects of the HR Agenda. You will work closely with matrix HR teams of Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Global HRSS and Learning.

Stakeholders. You will be part of local Leadership team (SLT) and Member of the International HR Leadership Team. You will work closely with HR CoE’s and functional HR business partners in the region to ensure alignment and facilitation of deployment of systems, processes, and structures; cooperate closely with Finance department to ensure correct forecasting on people related costs, vacancies, headcount, and contribute to business cases where appropriate; work closely with Facilities team to ensure workplace strategy & activities are aligned with people strategy; partner with Legal department on all Associate Relations, Ethics & Compliance topics.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • Experience as HR Director leading direct HR BP teams

  • Knowledge of NL labor law

  • Direct experience in handling WC as HRD

  • Skills in HR Technology & Analytics

  • Skills on Compensation and Benefits

  • Experience within matrix multinational profit organizations preferably in a services environment, preferably in a US client-driven service environment

  • Experience in Business Process Improvement (BPI) and workplace strategy

  • Proven track record as Change Agent

  • Proven track record in Technology implementation and Employee adoption

  • Proven track record working from strategy to added value execution

  • Excellent communication skills
