Below are some details about the position:

• BENEFITS: YES

• PAY: $38 to 45 an hour depending on experience

• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site

Description:

• Capacity studies

• Process flow studies (identify bottle necks and update load charts)

• Plant layout (2D AutoCAD) and reinforce 5S methodologies

• Make improvements to material flow throughout the plant

• Basic levels of cost analysis, capital expenditures and yielding improvement

  MUST HAVES:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline

• At least 3 years of Industrial Engineering experience

• Experience monitoring material flow through a plant

• Capacity studies and line balancing

• Experience with Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities

  -Plant Layout design

NICE TO HAVES:

• Automotive industry experience

• Plastic injection molding

• Presses

• Financial cost/benefit analysis pertaining to CapEx or plant improvements
