Carlisle Interconnect Technologies SAP PP Specialist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania

The Systems Analyst position will work closely with the other functional Systems Analysts as well as the business to collect business requirements, review and approve system design changes, recommend and implement SAP solutions and or work to provide custom solutions when required. Will lead project teams and provide functional guidance. Will independently drive outcomes to meet the business needs within SAP. Provides expert level support for operational problem resolution. Excellent communications skills and a positive customer service oriented attitude is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP PP, ensuring modules work together correctly.
  • Analyze complex business process requirements, validate customer needs, and document requirements.
  • Conduct workshops to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Customize, configure, and test SAP PP to meet client objectives and needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, acting as a liaison with clients.
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results for system modifications.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO) to address process interdependencies and propose system enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Essential Full Performance Knowledge:

  • A high degree of familiarity with SAP functionality and cross module relationships. Primary focus is PP, familiarity with MM, QM and WM are desired.
  • SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
  • SAP APO and IBP exposure preferred.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Education:

  • BS in IT, Business, or related fields preferred.

Equivalency:

  • Equivalent Experience in a related position will be considered.

Experience:

  • 7 to 10 years manufacturing experience.
  • 2 full cycle SAP implementations.
  • Above average skills with Microsoft Office Products including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to provide leadership and engage effectively with multiple levels of business stakeholders.

Equivalency:

  • Equivalent Experience in a related role will be considered.
