Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish Achieve sales targets and goals Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and automotive industry trends What We’re Looking For: Strong interpersonal and communication skills A proactive and positive attitude Ability to work in a high-paced environment Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Our e-Commerce Sales Associates interact with hundreds of customers – online, over the phone and in person – to help guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment. Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information and helping guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while providing an exceptional customer experience is key. What are the requirements for this job?
