Principal Accountabilities

  • Attend Korn Ferry Tour Events to give Player and OEM support for MCA Golf Brands. (%)

  • Attend College/Amateur events to give Player and OEM Support for MCA Golf Brands.

  • Asist MCA Team with product development and player testing to help launch new brands and profiles. (%)

  • Maintain communication and support to all OEM tour representatives and inside support. (%)

  • Attend and support other Professional Tours as agreed. (%)

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant Developmental Tour information and objectives are being shared with the entire MCA Tour Team. (%)

  • Perform Sales and Marketing support activities as needed. (%)

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

  • Travel and attend Developmental Tour events to promote MCA Golf Brand.

  • Work with Professional Golfers and OEM Tour Representatives to increase product counts and visibility on tour.

  • Participate in development and the launch of new brands, series, and profiles to increase success of MCA brands on all Professional Tours.

  • Support all OEM inside tour operations for orders and player specific requests.

  • Weekly update and report on all tour activity from Developmental and other professional tours.

  • Attend regular Tour Team meetings.

  • Report on Prototypes, Brand Development, and OEM activities.

  • Increase product visibility and player relationships on all developmental tours.

  • Develop a plan to support OEM inventory, orders and player specific requests.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Key OEM representatives

  • Experienced Club Fitter.

  • Experienced Club Builder.

  • Player Background.

  • Willing to travel every week.

  • Willing to be in office when not on the road.

  • Ability to create / run reports – Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook experience.

Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections)

  • The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $85,600. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
