Description Management Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant for a to 2 month project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite and hands on experience with AP and AR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Entering Invoices in AP Module

• Validation of credits and proper coding of invoices.

• Ensuring timely close of AP and cutoff accruals at month end.

• Processing Check Runs on a weekly basis via Wires and Bill.com

• Ensuring all AR is entered correctly and applied to the proper account.

• Bank Reconciliation

• Assisting with Accruals and Prepaids entries and Credit Card Reconciliations for month-end.

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred

Experienced with AP/AR Functions is Ideal Requirements Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Account Reconciliation, Check Runs, Cash Applications
