How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the LSLPG Sr. Director of Supply Chain Excellence, the position collaborates across the organization for developing and deploying end-to-end supply chain solutions to optimize the Supply Chain in all divisions and global regions. In this role, you will lead, and own projects and activities linked to the Global Supply Chain strategy to ensure a continuous and efficient supply of finished goods between each branch or DC to meet customer demand, define standards and governance of the stocking strategies, optimize stock levels and meet customer service levels.
What will you do?
Lead the Distribution Requirement Planning centralized workstream on multi-functional projects such as acquisition integration projects, ERP, and other systems and projects that target improving the customer experience.
Develop and maintain the Supply Chain network planning standard approach driven by the systems and standards inclusive of cross-divisional & group network planning processes.
Develop the Stocking Strategy for the Distribution Hubs in coordination with divisional supply chain leaders, improving a scalable network, systems, and processes.
Lead and work with supply chain and business leadership making recommendations where appropriate and discussing the potential risks and opportunities associated with changes to the operating or network model.
Develop scenario planning and advocate for solutions to address current and potential risks to the supply network, and inventory health aligned with business targets.
Analyze network supply, and inventory performance to lead improvement and improve production efficiency.
Develop analytics on supply & inventory data to connect with executive leaders to provide meaning for the organization''s goals.
Provides oversight for and a vision for metrics used in dashboards for visualizing and communicating supply-chain analysis and metrics
Socialize, advocate, or lead projects to improve data framework, visualization, and process improvements that support strategic decisions and supports business-critical metrics
Lead and mentor their teams on key capabilities relating to analysis and insight generation translated to business outcomes.
How will you get here?
Education:
Minimum required education: bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or other business management subject area or related field.
APICS Certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
7-10 years of supply chain, planning, procurement, or project management experience.
Consistent track record with a continuous improvement methodology (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma).
Understanding of Customer Service and Distribution / Warehousing operating dynamics.
Advance usage in Cognos/Data Warehouses, JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, and other ERP systems.
Usage of advanced planning systems desirable (i.e. Kinaxis, ASCP/ Oracle, APO/SAP, etc)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Drives high collaboration with multi-functional teams at all levels within an organization
Builds valuable networks and demonstrates a broad eye for business with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
Advanced analytical skills to translate data into high-level analysis and supply chain planning.
Storytelling is used to advocate for proposed solutions, able to communicate the rationale behind the recommended strategies to build a compelling case.
Strong leader with the ability to influence and lead a large geographically diverse organization.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $117,500.00-$175,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
