Robert Half has partnered with a well-respected company in Western Maine to locate a Controller for a HYBRID remote position with excellent benefits.

The hybrid schedule would be 2 consecutive days per week onsite, 3 remote days per week.

The ideal Controller candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 10+ years progressive Accounting experience including recent Financial Management role.

• Bachelors Degree in Accouting, Finance, Business or related field.

• MBA or CPA a plus.

• Full cycle General Ledger

• Forecasting & Budgeting

• P& L

• Experience managing teams of 7-10 staff.
