This is a direct hire role which will allow for proper notice in your current role.

salary: $50,000 - $54,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Review daily invoices for proper approvals, verify pricing & PO#'s, and processes accordingly.

• Posts invoices and payments within the accounting software with a high level of accuracy.

• Create and maintain new vendor records, balance weekly statements and general ledgers.

• Maintain accurate petty cash records, capture vendor discounts wherever available.

Skills

• CDK Global (2 years of experience is required)

• High volume invoicing (2 years of experience is required)

• Purchase Orders
