UL, LLC Junior Sales Process Specialist in Carugate, Italy

  • Works within established procedures to support UL’s sales professionals in all administrative processes, including quote generation, order processing and booking, pre-sales customer service support and anywhere else administrative assistance is required.

  • Processes orders into the ERP after quote acceptance and assists in turning quotes into orders.

  • Supports account managers and owners by performing administrative-related tasks.

  • Tracks previous orders and supplies data from internal data sources when directed by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities.

  • Supports on post-sale inquiries that are received through either phone, email, or contact us form submissions with respect to invoicing, FUS estimates.

  • University Degree or a High School diploma

  • 2 years of related experience preferably in customer service or sales support.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

  • Knowledge or experience in working with Salesforce or other CRM software would be an advantage.

  • Fluent/advanced local language (Italian or Polish depending on preferred location) and very good English language skills.

  • Strong communication and administrative skills, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes.

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Experience in a global environment to support users globally would be a plus.

  • Team player, collaborative and supportive.
