Assist in installations, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment.
Repair building structures and systems.
Complete required documentation as necessary to track status and costs of labor and parts.
Monitor specific systems and notify supervisor if levels are outside designated limits.
Work on electrical, mechanical, pluming, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Oversee entry level technician work while performing duties.
Read and interpret schematics to perform work related functions and tasks.
Troubleshoot building system abnormalities and determinate corrective actions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
