Location: FL Residency Requirement

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Due to the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, this position will require you to work remotely from your home with the flexibility to return to a regular, in-office work environment. As we continue to monitor guidance from CDC and state officials there may be times you would need to report to the office on a monthly or quarterly basis for team meetings or engagement activities.

The Enrollment Data Analyst III is responsible for daily business operations, including overseeing the automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates, member reconciliation process for assigned markets and resolution of complex enrollment issues.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts as it relates to resolution enrollment processes of assigned markets.

  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).

  • Monitors market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements, escalating issues to management as needed.

  • Interfaces with state agencies, Health Plans, and various internal departments as needed to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues.

  • Participates in market meetings and audits as needed to provide market specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing.

Qualifications

  • Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Call Center/Customer Service experience required

  • Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred

  • Experienced in MS Excel

  • Introductory experience in SQL preferred
