Your Role

To supervise a team that performs tasks for ISC customers in an accurate and timely manner. To ensure that the team meets service expectations in accordance with agreed requirements, SLAs and KPIs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for escalations

  • Trains new hires and ad-hoc topics where needed

  • Understands new tasks that are migrated and ensures instructions are understood by the team

  • Performs daily quality checks to ensure high level of work quality and productivity

  • Conducts timely coaching/feedback to staff for performance improvements and regular performance reviews

  • Review / analyze individual team performance and reports any issues/feedback to the manager

  • Conduct regular review of team's utilization (manpower resources)

  • Manage team attendance and seeks ways for continuous improvements

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Professional education or degree in Logistics/Business or related

  • Has at least 2 yrs leadership experience

  • Preferably with experience in Sea/Air/Finance

  • MS Excel (advanced) and other MS Office products (intermediate); Technical skills (VBA, macros, others)

  • Solid knowledge of international geography

  • Previous experience in trading or logistics field is an advantage

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, analytical and process-driven mind-set

  • Has good English communication skills
