We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis:

  • Assist senior financial analysts in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of client portfolios, investment opportunities, and market trends.

  • Utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate investment performance, risk factors, and return expectations.

  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing analysis findings for internal and client meetings.

  • Collaborate with advisors to develop tailored financial strategies and recommendations for clients.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Compile and organize financial data from various sources, including investment platforms, market research reports, and client financial statements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and transactions in the firm's database or CRM system.

  • Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports for internal use and client presentations.

  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation as required.

Client Support and Communication:

  • Provide support to financial advisors in client meetings, including preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.

  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by demonstrating expertise and delivering exceptional service.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and address any client concerns or issues.

Professional Development:

  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector.

  • Pursue opportunities for professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in financial analysis and investment management.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience, including internships or coursework in finance or investment analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct quantitative analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Professional demeanor with a client-focused mindset and a commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
