We are seeking a Project Manager, Operations with experience liaising between multiple departments to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Location: This position can be based out of Century City on a hybrid basis.

Overview of Role: The Project Manager, Operations is responsible for assisting the COO with diverse work streams for a large scale projects including, but not limited, to assisting in the expansion of our global footprint through mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of Operations Coordinator and Operations Assistant

  • Prepare agendas, calendars, letters, and other communications for COO and the Operations Department

  • Coordinates and exercises discretion with COO’s calendar and company-wide meetings and deadlines

  • Researches and identifies potential process improvements and recommends solutions to management.

  • Assists in developing and implementing proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the operations department

  • Assesses progress of various projects and escalates issues regarding scope, timelines, resources, and costs for management

  • Maintains all operations processes, procedures and files, and updates informational spreadsheets as

  • required.

  • Maintains project documentation including timelines, due diligence, and other project documentation.

  • Coordinates with all internal departments which may include Facilities, Administration, IT, Internal Accounting, HR, Bank Operations, and Tax

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative management role

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Quick thinking and a self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to work independently will little supervision while being able to juggle multiple responsibilities across various disciplines

  • Excellent research skills

  • Ability to act in a confidential capacity

This is an exempt position. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations. The expected base compensation hiring range for these positions is as follows:

  • Project Manager, Operations: $75,000 to $100,000 per year
