Description We are seeking a PC Technician to work in our Chandler, Arizona location within the Internet Service Provider industry. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and utilizing a variety of hardware and software technologies. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

• Maintain and repair computer systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively

• Utilize knowledge of Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, and Mac Computers to deliver quality service

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure optimal system performance

• Manage Active Directory services to administer permissions and access to networked resources

• Handle Apple Devices, implementing and troubleshooting as necessary

• Utilize Backup Technologies to secure data and prevent loss

• Perform Cable Installation to connect systems and enable functionality

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Familiarity with IBM systems

• Knowledge of Linux Technologies

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Mac Computers

• Proficiency in AB Testing techniques

• Experience with Active Directory management

• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Experience in Cable Installation

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements
