Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Integrator to work as part of a dynamic team supporting the Customer’s Special Communications mission. The successful candidate will provide wide-ranging support to a diverse portfolio of specialized communications capabilities. The portfolio encompasses various R&D programs, industrial and academic outreach, sensitive operational architectures, and strategic policy matters for the larger Intelligence Community. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment to complete important tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
Track multiple actions to completion, keeping the team informed of status.
Manage meeting notes, trip reports, and other team documentation ensuring structured storage of information and appropriate sharing.
Assist team with write-ups from partner interactions and travel, meeting deadlines for submission.
Capture and streamline work processes and SOPs to ensure efficient team operations.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.
Bachelor's Degree ( Or equivalent) and(14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and a proven track record of delivering results from within the larger Customer organization.
Record of accomplishment supporting the Customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation, and identification of collection gaps
Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully collaborate with teammates, mission partners, and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Expertise with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Expertise with Hive, Confluence, or other document management platforms.
Experience with the Customer’s cable database including drafting, tracking, and searching cables.
Understanding of the Customer’s application for drafting and coordinating official memoranda and an ability to shepherd memos through the process.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with developing and coordinating IC or agency policies.
Understanding of planning and coordinating operational activities.
