Title:
SIGINT Systems Engineer
KBR is seeking a highly skilled candidate to provide Enterprise-level SIGINT Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis (SETA) support for an Intelligence Community Space customer. The successful candidate will work across Architecture and Requirements, Analysis, and Digital Engineering teams to perform end-to-end SIGINT Enterprise Systems Engineering, coordinating with GEOINT, Transport, Resiliency, Warfighter Support, and Enterprise Integration portfolios. Activities span a variety of enterprise and/or programmatic engineering functions including planning and integration; requirements, schedule, risk, and configuration management; lifecycle readiness, verification and validation, transition management and mission assurance.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead cross-agency coordination forums to define and baseline the future SIGINT space collection architectures by investigating and advising on proposed architecture alternatives and options to mitigate capability gaps and take advantage of opportunities improving the enterprise capabilities
Coordinate and execute engineering investigations of architecture concepts to assess feasibility, interoperability, and suitability
Support the refinement and baselining of allocated requirements and maintain traceability following agency approved standards and practices and consistent with DoD and IC processes
Coordinate, integrate, and execute requirements management activities in accordance with the customer’s defined processes
Coordinate, integrate and execute the lifecycle readiness process consistent with the agency’s standards, methods, and practices
Coordinate, integrate, and execute the verification and validation management processes at the system and enterprise level
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (STEM preferred)
Overhead SIGINT experience
5+ years’ experience in DoD or IC
Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations
Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (STEM)
Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering applications and technology
OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification or demonstrated commensurate level of knowledge
Clearance : Top Secret - SCI eligible
