About the Position:

Skin Clique is seeking a skilled Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supply chain and logistics department. This pivotal role involves implementing efficient processes and practices to optimize inventory management and streamline operations. The Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will be responsible for formulating strategies, enhancing performance, procuring resources, and ensuring compliance within the organization's supply chain and logistics functions.

The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated warehouse team, providing guidance and mentorship to drive excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer, the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse compliance, efficiency, and best practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Execute strategic and operational objectives established by the CFO.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and achieve cost-saving goals.

  • Oversee all operational activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.

  • Design, enhance, and manage systems to optimize access, service distribution, and coordination.

  • Manage inventory planning, procurement, and warehouse operations.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards, conducting necessary checks and audits.

  • Utilize financial data to enhance profitability and manage department budgets and forecasts.

  • Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain high performance levels.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to enhance the quality of customer service and patient experience.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for logistics, warehouse management, transportation, and customer service.

  • Optimize the entire order cycle, from procurement to delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to negotiate terms and ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency.

  • Arrange warehouse layout, goods cataloging, route planning, and shipment processing.

  • Establish and maintain performance metrics, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards, including ISO requirements.

Office Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols.

  • Manage the office budget and monitor expenditures.

  • Streamline office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Optimize office layout, equipment, and supplies for maximum productivity.

  • Develop and oversee processes for mail handling and distribution.

  • Manage office assets, insurance policies, and vendor contracts.

  • Address employee inquiries related to office management issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree (MHA or MBA) preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years of team supervision preferred.

  • Strong project management skills and a track record of successful execution.

  • Proficiency in organizational effectiveness, operations management, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Knowledge of business and financial principles.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
