Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our commercial real estate investment banks in Charlotte, NC. This individual will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and providing strategic solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Write and document user stories.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure user stories align with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and document business requirements.

- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams.

- Gather, prep, and track information to capture business requirements.

- Ability to adjust to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, and hit deadlines.

Skills and Requirements

- 3-4 years Azure DevOps experience

- 3-4 years Agile experience

- Familiarity writing user stories.

- Gathering, Prepping, and tracking requirements - Power BI or Sigma experience

• Real Estate or Banking Background null
