Maintain learning, change management and communication strategies to effectively disseminate resources, information and training materials to the Commercial Community Bank division. Support management of a central repository of resources to ensure materials are readily available to teammates for easy consumption. Support delivery of Leadership Development Program for CCB.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support communication of strategies, best practices, operating procedures, and other information for the Commercial Community Bank, specifically those driving better execution of the Commercial Community Bank Strategic Advisory Approach and improved performance results.

Execute communication plan that aligns top strategies and initiatives with existing communication channels such as SharePoint sites, CCB Newsletter, leadership meetings, etc.

Support maintenance of all Commercial Community Bank “central” sites on both the Truist intranet and SharePoint, which serve as the Community Bank’s primary communication channel. Continuously enhance to improve the teammate experience and improve effectiveness of consumption.

Execute Commercial Community Bank teammate onboarding and continuing education in partnership with Truist Learning

Maintain CCB change management calendar, make recommendations on change impact phasing and timing in partnership with senior leaders and cross-line of business partners. Support development of change management content.

Partner with Truist Learning to support delivery of best in class early talent development program

Support teammate engagement change efforts – support change champion group consisting of diverse array of teammates throughout Commercial Community Bank to solicit feedback and deliver upcoming change efforts and initiatives

Aid in the facilitation of CCB leadership, role specific, and industry specialty meetings / calls to drive consistency in audience, execution of meeting and distribution of meeting and materials from a centralized mailbox

Support special projects and assignments to enable the Commercial Community Bank in reaching their strategic objectives, supporting our regional teammates, and ensuring top down requests are executed. This would include, but not be limited to, support of the Community Advisory Board program.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training

Seven years of banking experience, with emphasis in sales and leadership

Strong leadership and management skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of bank operations/systems and compliance/regulatory issues

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a business-related field and/or graduate of outside banking management school

Graduate of the Truist’s Leadership Development Program

Demonstrated proficiency in advanced computer skills, such as SharePoint

Experience in technology-based, multi-project work environment

Experience and training in public speaking and group facilitation
