Title: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possible convert to full-time)

A hybrid option is available at the start.

Client: Reputed client in the US

Job Description:

This position is responsible for leading projects and workstreams to support complex regulatory changes. The Project Manager will facilitate cross-team coordination with senior stakeholders, document high-level requirements, and develop plans with business and support partners to sustain the change. The candidate will be required to work closely with other Treasury business functions, CFO Data Management, and various other lines of business and technology partners to successfully deliver the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages governance processes, ensuring risks and roadblocks are escalated and resolved quickly.

  • Builds relationships with business and technology executives across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.

  • Partners with the key stakeholders and leaders to define the vision aligned to strategic goals.

  • Provides status updates and reporting for the project to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.

  • Manages overall project financials and performance.

  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
