We are seeking a talented Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating insightful visualizations, and delivering compelling reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions using Power BI.

• Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources to prepare them for analysis.

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI to effectively communicate insights and trends.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive business outcomes.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality assurance processes.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics to continuously enhance Power BI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights.

• Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and interpreting Power BI reports and dashboards.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies, including statistical analysis, regression analysis, and predictive modeling.

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from relational databases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or MicroStrategy.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience working with data warehouse platforms.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

• Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
