Mobile Communications America Field Engineer-Security in Charlotte, North Carolina

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

  • Overseeing of system infrastructure, system hosting, system connectivity, and system licensing. 

  • Coordinating of ePACS Change Control Board (CCB).

  • Updating and maintaining system documentation, training, SOPs, project schedules, and milestones.

  • Providing office support to include the subject matter expert of the system administration and technical writing.

  • Conducting full feasibility and alternative analysis of Lenel and other HSPD-12 compliant PACS.

  • Developing roadmap to achieve full NIST SP 800-116 PACS Assurance compliance.

  • Partnering with Agency end-users to configure and troubleshoot. 

  • Conducting Lenel software tests, upgrades, and facilitating configurations.  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM :

  • 5 years’ experience in physical security.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

  • Expert knowledge in Lenel OnGuard Enterprise architecture.

  • Experience in managing, installing, configuring, engineering, and designing LenelS2 OnGuard Enterprise Replication.

  • Ability to maintain a US Government Public Trust Clearance (current active clearance, desired).

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PH YSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; utilize personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially hazardous materials, lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; be able to handle semi-frequent stressful conditions (cardiovascular), frequently work in outdoor weather conditions, frequently move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, occasionally ascend/descend a ladder, operate a motor vehicle, frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

On-call for critical systems maintenance may be required. First shift hours Monday – Friday, with occasional 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends depending on project schedules.

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
