This is a hybrid role out of Charlotte, NC

Deliverables

Projects you would own include, but are not limited to:

  1. Career Frameworks project: Primary deliverable is to gather all existing career frameworks across the business and publish them to our internal site for employee visibility and HRBP maintenance. Secondary deliverable is to run these frameworks through an AI script to identify key skills that can be matched to courses and learning plans in Udemy Business and Docebo to support career development across the business.

  2. Eng Bootcamp project: For 36 existing courses within our Engineering Bootcamp program, you'll serve a project management role to ensure existing content is updated for our 900+ Engineering organization. You'll be responsible for engaging Engineering SMEs to author updates, manage delivery timelines for updated content across SMEs, and serve as a Quality Control reviewer/approver of written text in courses. You'll publish courses in Rise 360 and import to our LMS. Involves working closely with a L& D Partner and Operations Leads to scope the project and work with internal stakeholders.

  3. Udemy Adoption project: As we are in the initial stage of launching Udemy Business for employees, you'd work closely with a L& D Partner to help drive adoption of the tool across the business. Responsibilities may include, but aren't limited to: creating learning paths for key audiences and learning topics, creating internal social campaigns to drive platform adoption, scheduling and contributing to Lunch & Learns and Udemy office hours, and publishing FAQs to our internal site, and triaging admin requests.

  4. PDP Measurement project: we need to increase the efficacy of our Professional Development Program (PDP) to both improve business spend and learner outcomes for this reimbursement program for external learning opportunities. You will help identify and collect baseline data for the program and provide findings and recommendations to the L& D Manager based on your analysis of a sample group of employees. With the project, you'll identify a representative sample audience, track PDP spend over several months, conduct qualitative and quantitative research with participants and managers to identify outcomes and learnings of PDP, and assess the ROI of the program.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to various audiences

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks

  • Proficient computer skills needed including Google Suite Slack Google Sites

  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Rise 360

  • Experience with eLearning software integration with an LMS SCORM / AICC xAPI

  • Experience with Udemy Business and Docebo preferred

  • Knowledge of industry-standard LD metrics and measurement practices preferred

  • Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: You'll develop e-learning content that is accessible to all learners making sure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the materials and approach collaborative work inclusively.

  • Build and Maintain Learning Resources: You'll organize and maintain course catalogs learning paths requirements and certifications

  • Assess program effectiveness: You'll work with the LD team to review usage participant feedback evaluations and key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness

  • You'll promote and market available training opportunities to employees and drive a learning culture

  • You'll assist with Learning Management System LMS input and reporting

  • You'll help manage the LD intranet page ensuring information is relevant and targeted to the correct audience
