Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing complex programs, ensuring they deliver on their objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Superior attention to detail and ability to withstand scrutiny from leadership.

  • Experience planning and executing readiness plans, including client communications, teammate communications, and teammate training.

  • PMP or IIBA certification preferred.

  • Experience managing regulatory compliance efforts across multiple lines of business and technology in a matrixed environment.

  • Familiarity with Axiom regulatory reporting solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive program plans and resource assignments.

  • Provide guidance and support to workstream leads to ensure program needs are met.

  • Monitor program activities to ensure they are on track for delivering benefits realization.

  • Adhere to risk management plans and company requirements.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to management when necessary.

  • Lead teams of internal and external resources on a project basis.

  • Comply with the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).

Pay Details: $73.94 per hour
