Experis IT, has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Charlotte, NC for a contract SAS Analytics. The ideal candidate will have SQL (Teradata/SQL Server), SAS and ETL which will align successfully in the organization.

Position: Sr. SAS ANALYTICS CONSULTANT

Location: Charlotte, NC / Phoenix, AZ / Des Moines, IA

Pay: $60/Hour

Years of Experience: 5 years’ experience

Anticipated Duration of Assignment: 18-24 Months

Contract to Hire/Contract/Perm: Contract

Work Authorization: Must be able to work without sponsorship ( W2 ONLY)

About the Role:

Are you a data-driven detective, passionate about uncovering customer insights and transforming them into actionable strategies? Do you thrive on wrangling complex data sets and weaving compelling narratives that drive business decisions? If so, then join our team as a Customer Experience Analyst!

In this role, you'll be the bridge between customer feedback and actionable insights, using your analytical prowess to:

  • Collect and curate data: Dive into diverse data sources, including structured and non-structured formats, to gather the information needed to understand customer experiences.

  • Build and analyze datasets: Craft comprehensive datasets that empower insightful analytics, enabling you to report on customer experience trends and build compelling stories.

  • Develop and test hypotheses: Formulate and test theories about customer feedback patterns and drivers, then translate your findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Lead analytical projects: Take ownership of projects, ensuring organization, clear communication of objectives, and timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Visualize and present findings: Craft powerful presentations that effectively communicate complex data to senior management, using captivating visuals and storytelling techniques.

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience wielding SQL (Teradata/SQLServer) like a data wizard.

  • Python development skills to automate tasks and build custom solutions.

  • 4+ years of experience navigating the world of SAS, unearthing hidden patterns in data.

  • A proven track record of ETL/ELT and data engineering across multiple data sources.

  • Experience optimizing SQL queries and dashboards for peak performance and efficiency.

  • A knack for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets with a storyteller's eye.

  • Solid presentation skills, crafting compelling PowerPoint decks that captivate senior audiences.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with R, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.

  • A passion for customer experience and understanding the customer journey.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
