Wells Fargo Wire Lead Product Manager in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking to hire two Wire Lead Product Managers within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions who will be responsible for overseeing our wire products.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements of our wire solutions
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for wire products
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impacts for wire products
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, technology, operations, and compliance, regulatory and risk teams, to define product requirements and specifications
Develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with payment processing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk management processes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify emerging risks and opportunities for improvement
Provide guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on risk management best practices and regulatory compliance for wire product
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting payment systems and risk management
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, or related field
Experience in financial services with a focus on payments and the risk management and regulatory landscape
Strong understanding of payment systems, including wire networks, ACH, and other electronic payment methods
Treasury management/transaction banking experience
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
