You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors, employees, and clients.   • Greet visitors, vendors, clients, and employees with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Maintain security by following check-in/check-out procedures. Maintaining a logbook for check in/check out and issuing visitor and vendor badges. Notifying appropriate recipient of visitors arrival.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to appropriate recipient or department.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, creating a professional and inviting space.

[Administrative Support:]{arial",sans-serif"=""}

  • Opening and closing of the front reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain and log all incoming packages and notify appropriate recipients of packages.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for various departments to include printing, copying, mailers, etc., as directed.
  • Support New Hire Orientation (NHO) as/when directed.
  • Assist in the setup and cleanup of conference rooms for meetings as required.
  • Maintain and approve calendar requests, ensuring efficient use of time slots.
  • Maintain car check out process ensuring all policies, procedures, and guidelines have been followed. Maintain calendar requests for reserving a vehicle, as well as check out/check in logbook. Notify supervisor if any car issues are reported. Ensure all keys are locked up when not in use.
  • Maintain employee directory, ensuring contact info is up to date.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure that the front desk is operating in an efficient manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
