Our Team:

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare US (formerly Chattem) is a leading marketer and manufacturer of a broad portfolio of branded over the counter (OTC) healthcare products, in such categories as allergy, upper and lower gastrointestinal, skin care, topical pain care, oral care and other OTC toiletry products. The US CHC portfolio includes well-recognized brands such as: Allegra, Nasacort, Xyzal, Dulcolax, Gold Bond, Cortizone-10, Icy Hot, Aspercreme, Rolaids, ACT, Unisom, and Selsun Blue.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provides effective management of warehousing and shipping functions.

• Primary responsibility for the supervision of Shipping personnel and activities.

• Ensures optimum utilization of Warehouse personnel, equipment, warehouse facilities and material.

• Meet customer shipping requirements, productivity goals, inventory control.

• Supervises 25+ Distribution Clerks.

• Maintain safety and security of the Distribution Center to protect personnel and company assets.

• Coordinate the outbound picking and loading of customer orders to meet ship dates/delivery dates as required by Sanofi policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Lead daily huddles and maintain shift KPI reporting (safety, quality, delivery, cost, involvement KPI’s).

• Ensure that all employees are trained to meet SOP, OSHA, and CGMP requirements.

• Manage Inventory Accuracy relative to lot close outs and inventory audits to minimize losses and maintain service levels.

• Coordinate all outbound and inbound freight with carriers and transportation department.

• The role will work Monday - Thursday from 7:30pm - 6am.

About You

Experience

• Experience in OTC pharmaceuticals or food and beverage industries.

• 2-3 years Warehouse and/or Distribution

• ERP System knowledge; SAP preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in related field
