Responsible for assisting with operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities. i.e. -- Light Changings, Electrical Knowledge, HVAC Maintenance

Skills and Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a Maintenance Technician role (preferably commercial or retail setting)

Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent

Prior experience working through a Ticketing System Prior experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical specific null
