职责

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Territory management and development区域管理和发展

o Develop and implement market development plan in accordance to assigned sales targets. 根据所管辖区域的销售目标,制订并执行适合该区域的销售计划

o Guide and supervise the Product Specialists in the territory to establish marketing plans and sales targets reached指导和监督区域内产品专员建立销售计划和达成销售指标

o Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers, with the objective to achieve growth of customer accounts 发展和维持与重点客户的良好合作关系,以促进业务的持续增长

o Organize and coordinate of professional education and marketing activities for the territory’s business development安排和协调适合区域业务发展的各项市场及学术活动

o Responsible for tender management for the assigned territory负责区域内招投标工作的完成

o Effective management of product pricing within the jurisdiction有效管理管辖区域内的产品价格

· Establish and manage territory sales channels区域销售渠道的建立和管理

o Establish a reasonable and effective network of agents, to ensure full coverage of the target hospitals在所管辖区域内,建立合理有效的代理商网络,确保目标医院的全面覆盖

o Develop new agents with the objective to constantly optimize the structure of the agent network and achievement of sales goals发展新的代理商,不断优化代理商网络的结构,督促代理商完成销售目标

o Partner with the Product team to assist in training and management of agents协助产品专员对代理商及其销售人员的培训和管理

· Team Management and Development团队管理和发展

o Develop and train the direct reports, with an objective to establish a cohesive team积极发展和培养人才,建立一支高凝聚力的队伍

o Provide regular feedback and guidance to the team members to drive performance and realize the individual’s potential 定期指导和提供反馈给下属,提升下属的工作绩效和能力

o Establish a positive image in the territory. Regularly track the team deliverables to ensure compliance with company requirements specification. 在区域内树立积极正面的形象并定期跟踪下属的工作情况以确保下属的工作规范符合公司要求

资质

· Bachelor degree in related disciplines.

本科及以上学历

· Minimum of five years of sales management experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical products.

五年以上医疗行业销售管理经验及相关代理商管理经验

· Possesses good communication skills and has the ability to influence; Engenders trust and credibility.

良好的职业操守和沟通技巧

· Open to frequent travel.
