Citigroup Ops Sup Analyst 2 - C10 in Chennai, India

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Have a good understanding of the Citi Risk & control framework and the underlying concepts on Risk Management

  • Assist in performing the Quality check on the monitoring reviews that are defined per ARCM (Activity, Risk, Control & Monitoring)

  • Document the quality fails, any learnings or issues that may arise and pass the feedback to the Supervisor

  • Monitor the compliance of control as appropriate to the regulatory requirement. This could be mostly in the Medium to High complex reviews with a Residual Risk rating of 1 or 2 (predominantly)

  • Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams understanding the process changes if any and participate in trainings, meetings & etc.. Escalate any control failures

  • Completed the quality check within a timely manner to complement the results submission timeline in the Citi Risk & Control system

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of reports for control tracking and analysis

  • Identifies risks that cross the businesses and organizing cross-functional solutions

  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to function independently. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree

Shift Timing

Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 shifts including late night shift start timings

Should be flexible for any shift timing (rotation shifts, permanent night shifts and late night shifts)
