Job Title: Production Engineer
Summary:To lead the daily operations in the areas of EHS, quality, production and implementing continuous improvements initiatives in coordination with Team members, and cross functional team
Responsibilities Include:
Manage day-to-day operations to effectively deliver quality product, production schedule attainment and also strict adherence to EHS requirements.
Implement the continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of Quality, Safety, Cost and People.
Monitor and measure the variance and implement the approved action.
Participation in internal and regulatory audits and ensure follow up actions, Initiates and documents change controls as appropriate.
Coordinate all change management activities in the area.
Working with Team members and maintenance team on prioritizing the Maintenance work
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- B.Tech (Chemical engineering) with 5-9 years of experience
