Job Overview:

The Senior Mechanical Designer is responsible in mechanical design / drafting support for basic engineering of licensed technologies.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Equipment Modeling, HVAC Duct Modeling & Duct Support Modeling, Structure, Piping Modeling in SP3D and AUTO PLANT.

• Prepare all detail HVAC Ducting & Equipment layouts, Duct Sizing, Diffuser/Grille selection as per National &International Standard.

• Extraction of 2-D Draft Drawings from SP3D & AUTO PLANT model.

• Prepare all HVAC items bill of quantity from the SP3D & AUTO PLANT model.

• Design all HVAC Components in SP3D and Auto Plant model.

• Co-ordinate with all other Discipline like civil, architectural, Piping, plumbing, fire, electrical etc.

• Piping Isometric Drawings generation (SP3D & AUTO PLANT)

• Prepare HVAC Schematics Drawings like Airflow, P&ID, D&ID etc.

• Making plan and sectional drawings of HVAC.

• Preparation of the 2D drawings, keeping in view the CAD standards and color codes as per Client guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Associates Degree / Drafting Program Certificate

• 8-16 years Professional Experience

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

• Prefer Autodesk Certification or other relevant software certifications
