SSD Associate

• To assess and handle the requests received in EUC SharePoint site.

• Connect with FCNA Operation team to understand the manual process and support in developing automations.

• Maintain proper documentation on developed automation which helps business to run without any technical dependency.

• Analyzing existing tool and support modification if any change in Application/Business logic(Procedural requirement).

• Maintain proper security control in the developed solution.

• Write logical test plans and test the tool on all aspects prepare delivering to business team.

• Manage code documentation and version control.

• Demonstrate understanding of projects from the perspective of business and end user.

Graduate with below proficiency;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• VBA Macro expertise is preferable.

• Experience or understanding of LCNC tools is added advantage.

• Interest to learn new tools and deliver projects with less dependency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible to work in night shift.

• Ability to work as part of a team or individually on a project.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
