Job Description:

Shipboard Production Supervisor

HOW A SHIPBOARD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Develops schedules, material requirements lists and production plans for products and/or production processes.

In charge of leading and overseeing the efforts of a production team, ensuring projects are carried out in adherence to its goals and timelines.

You will set guidelines and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with internal and external parties, and assess the performance of team members.

You will monitor the progress of operations and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Must have Navy shipboard experience supporting Structural Installations. Must be able to read installation drawings, identify material requirements and oversee welding, fitting and equipment mounting. VT Qualification preferred.

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience.

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience.

● Location: On Customer Site
