Digital Media SpecialistOverview of Position The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for supporting the creation, optimization, and measurement of digital advertising and third-party media campaigns. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Collaborate closely with the channel leads for digital advertising and third-party media on day-to-day execution, optimization, and analytics, in addition to working with leads in other cross functional areas.
Support the execution of campaigns with advanced targeting across various advertising platforms.
Assist with presenting reports to stakeholders, ongoing optimization of campaigns in flight, setting up new campaigns, working with vendors, and helping meet lead generation and pipeline goals for paid media.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience in running and optimizing campaigns in paid search and paid social
Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign data
Proficient in keyword research, optimize ad creative, A/B testing, and optimize conversions rates for KPIs
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Ad agency experience preferred
Experience in Business to Business or Healthcare industry
Experience with media planning
Knowledge of launching and optimizing Google and LinkedIn ads
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage ad budgets and bidding strategies
Ability to perform digital advertising audits
