Chicago office shadowing accountant

Job Duties:

Journal Entries

Bank reconciliations

Payroll entries

Commission Entries

NetSuite is a must have, Sage is a plus have.

Adding Bills to NetSuite will be main job.

Possibly paying bills

Helping to close May Transactions, June, etc…,

Making sure the month is closed out

Credit card statements

Intercompany journals

Help support payroll processing

Adding bills and invoices within NetSuite

Letting management know about upcoming bills

Will be reporting Into Curtis (CFO)

Detail Oriented

Organized

Attentive to deadlines
