Description:

Our client is looking for an eager candidate that can provide high level IT support to their end users in Chicago, IL. This role would be ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of issue resolution and projects. We are looking go-to person for all day-to-day technical issue resolution and someone who will drive these projects. This individual would be a point of contact for all technical issues, partner with the IT Manager and 3rd party consultants to provide complete issue resolution.

Technical responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all IT related issues and owning complete technical issue resolution.

• Troubleshooting Windows OS, O365

• Active Directory – onboarding users, passwords, distribution lists, managing security groups.

• Requests will vary between calls, emails and walk-ups.

• Ticketing system: no enterprise tool, but they use MSP dashboard to create tickets.

• Collaboration tools: Zoom

• Experience working with Cloud technologies (ex: Azure AD)

• Experience supporting 3rd party software and Collaboration with 3rd party vendors to provide issue resolution.

• Experience owning projects (ex: software/hardware roll out, upgrades etc)

• Provide end user training

• Research new tools/technologies as needed to help address business needs.

• Network connectivity troubleshooting.

End User Adoption:

• Capture and maintain KB articles

• Research and recommend Training Courses

• Seeking for training/upskilling opportunities

• iManage (is software used commonly by law firms to manage documents and emails more efficiently and securely.

• ProLaw Elite is reporting and business intelligence tool that enables law firms analyze the data more efficiently.

Relevant experience required with supporting iManager and ProLaw:

• Assisting users in navigating the software

• Working with 3rd party vendor to troubleshoot any technical issues
