Job Title: Manager (IT Project Management)

Job Location: 333 West Wacker Drive, Suite 300, Chicago, IL 60606 and various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Responsible to determine and define project scope and objectives. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and resource utilization for each module and project phase. Prepare and maintain trackers. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress. Architect, design, implement, and maintenance of multiple projects. Responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems overseeing the implementation of programs and liaising with the software development team. Understand the business needs and interpret it to a system design specification. Propose and set the suitable technical landscape (both hardware and software) and develop the framework. Oversee the coding & delivery standards. Ownership for project quality assurance. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure. Coordinate with cross functional teams like Testing, Infrastructure, Database Administrators, Network administrators within the program. Manage budget and revenue of projects. Report the cost estimates & forecast to Capgemini leadership, which are prepared by understanding the client-s strategic plans based on discussions with different client stakeholders by analyzing different projects and their revenue projections. Prepare budget plan, prioritize needs and keep control over the spending, track cost, efforts, and manage change requests to keep budget under control. Submit for budget committee approval. Manage and monitor operational project metrics including revenue, profit margins, productivity and account receivables. Forecast project budget and review revenue forecasts periodically and work on the plan to achieve revenue targets in case of any deviations. Utilize experience with Web Technologies: ASP.Net MVC, REST; Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL; Cloud: AWS, Azure Pipeline; Methodologies: Agile scrum, Waterfall; Languages: C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL; IDE: Visual studio, VS Code; Version Control Tools: TFS, GIT; ETL Tools: SQL Server Integration services; Reporting Tools: SQL Server Reporting services; Services and Support Tools: JIRAProject Management: Microsoft Project Plan (MPP).

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or IT Project Management-related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Master-s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or IT Project Management-related occupation.

Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following skills:

1. Web Technologies: ASP.Net MVC, REST

2. Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

3. Cloud: AWS, Azure Pipeline

4. Methodologies: Agile scrum, Waterfall

5. Languages: C#, Python, SQL/PLSQL

6. IDE: Visual studio, VS Code

7. Version Control Tools: TFS, GIT

8. ETL Tools: SQL Server Integration services

9. Reporting Tools: SQL Server Reporting services

10. Services and Support Tools: JIRA

11. Project Management: Microsoft Project Plan (MPP)
