Growing prestigious law firm comprised of skilled professionals with exceptional track records is currently seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join the dynamic team and provide assistance in medical malpractice cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.

• Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, legal memoranda, briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts.

• Conduct a thorough review of medical records.

• Retain healthcare professionals for case preparation, trials, and expert reports.

• Handle medical expert research and draft medical chronologies.

• Maintain and update client files, legal documents, and other relevant information in an organized manner.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals as necessary.

  Requirements

• Minimum of [2-5] years of experience handling medical malpractice cases.

• Proficient in using legal research platforms like Westlaw or Lexis/Nexis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
