Managing delivery of operations of the Office Services Department across multiple location/states. This position requires an individual with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience, along with a proven track record of managing multiple locations for the following service lines: mail, shipping/receiving, facilities, and other related office services. They will have the ability to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage services within multiple states, ensuring optimization of resources, vendors, and budgets.

  • Ensure office services are being handled according to expectations and with necessary expediency; manages workflow and productivity.

  • Supervise staff including daily activities, goal setting, team meetings, performance reviews, and hiring.

  • Ensure all supplies are ordered, tracked, and stored according to expectations.

  • Prepare and track Office Services metrics including budget tracking, volumes for all services, SLA compliance, and project tracking oversight.

  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting.

  • Ensure staff is meeting quality and productivity standards at all times; production targets are met daily, weekly, and monthly.

  • Oversees proper maintenance and usage of all equipment and supplies.

  • Interface with client, operations team, and all stakeholders as necessary.

  • Identifies and recommends service enhancements and value adds to client.

  • Manage budget and control expenses effectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-Year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Requires proven track record of operational leadership; 5-7 years of related experience in production, office services, facilities management; extensive management experience.

  • Proven track record in a team environment, leading productive relationships with colleagues, team members, management, and clients.

  • Exceptional operational expertise including quality and Six Sigma process improvement and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional leadership expertise and demonstrated track record of creating employee engagement, hiring, retaining, and developing staff.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic decisions.

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Capable of solving complex and unique problems with significant impact on the business.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
