Summary:

This position is responsible for the architectural design, developing and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) software solutions (UiPath). They will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, training users, and providing technical support and ensuring quality and consistency of the automation applications architecture across the system and providing solution guidance to the development teams. Leading automation efforts, overseeing work results, providing formal training, and serving as a technical resource for others. This person has a strong understanding of development and is comfortable working with a variety of technologies.

Other information:

• Bachelor's degree

• 7 years’ experience in RPA tools mostly in UiPath

• Knowledge of traditional and agile software development lifecycles and methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge of architecture, application design, system engineering, software development lifecycle and integration.

• Experience with custom applications and programming languages (Java, C#, VB, Jscript).

• Experience in system analysis and design

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working independently or within a team environment

• Maintain a UiPath Certification in Solutions Architecture

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hospital or other health care organization

• UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional

Responsibilities:

• Handles highly complex work critical to the organization.

• Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring.

• Architect end-to-end Solutions, designing comprehensive end-to-end RPA solutions for various client requirements. They identify problems and create robust solutions. Develops enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features.

• Develop automation processes using UiPath by working with the users.

• Design, test, and debug software robots

• Create robots! Design and develop user interfaces for robot interaction.

• This individual will apply best practices in cloud first software solutions to create RPA robots to simulate human interactions and carry out error-free tasks, at high volume and speed.

• Completes all standard templates including high-level technical design documents to ensure all business scenarios are in scope to be configured into RPA.

• Gathering requirements from the LOB concerning robots using interviews, surveys, observations, prototyping, and workshops

• Administrate the UiPath Orchestrator System using all needed standards and controls.

• Build, optimize and refactor code to meet design specifications and code standards.

• Requirements gathering based upon user stories.

• Automate a variety of applications to solve the business problems that are resilient to change according to determined requirements.

• Catalog automated processes to assist in testing, validation, and QA.

• Utilizes a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers.

• Ensuring adherence to best practices within the organization, the architect develops stable, reusable, and scalable RPA solution designs.

• Deep understanding of use cases and process flows, the architect leads process optimization while considering solution performance.

• Determines specification, plan, design, and develop software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes either individually or in concert with project team.

• Develops programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.

• Understand and consistently apply the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.

• Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business.
