Conagra Systems Engineer - Executive Support in Chicago, Illinois

The Systems Engineer - Executive Support provides exceptional white-glove IT support to our senior leadership team and their administrative assistants. They possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing onsite and remote support, ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The Systems Engineer – Executive Support works in tandem with the Sr. Systems Engineer – Executive Support and End User Compute teams to ensure a high level of availability for all technologies supported.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide Executive C-Suite support and assistance to senior leadership and their administrative staff

  • Maintain flexible working hours as necessary

  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion

  • Respond promptly to IT support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide C-Suite meeting support including Board Meetings, Investor calls, and external meetings as necessary, both onsite and remote

  • Provide basic home network troubleshooting, audio/visual, and workstation setup

  • Proactively monitor and manage system performance, security, and data integrity to ensure smooth operations for senior leadership and their administrative staff

  • Train senior leadership and their administrative staff in the effective use of technology tools and systems

  • Handle after-hours calls and emails from senior leadership and their administrative staff as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Collaborate with our third-party service partner to ensure business partner centric service delivery

  • Ensure capabilities and support are defined and at appropriate levels for service delivery

  • Must adapt and quickly adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities

  • Performs other duties as assigned to include Desktop , Mobile Device Management, and Collaboration/AV support

  • Domestic Travel: Up to 15%

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or other degrees)

  • 3+ years in Information Technology or relevant experience

  • Ability to work with a team as well as independently

  • Ability to lead team members on initiatives that are prioritized by the business

  • Ability to work proactively, identify and resolve issues before they become problematic

  • Experience interacting with Vendors and IT contractors

  • Experience supporting video conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom)

  • Experience supporting operation of conference room equipment (Cisco Room Systems, Crestron Room Controls)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Problem solving ability (troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills)

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment

  • Knowledge of required technologies (incl. 3rd party solutions)
