Insight Global is seeking skilled Wealth Management Account Transition Specialists to join our client's organization in downtown Chicago. The Wealth Management Account Transition Specialist is responsible for working alongside Private Wealth Advisors in the Front Office and other internal downstream partners to open/close accounts within Wealth Management and initiate the asset transition. This is a fast-paced part of the organization that requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills, prioritization and organization. The Wealth Management Account Transition Specialist may manage 50-100 accounts at various stages on any given day. It is there responsibility to ensure the account is managed correctly and in a compliant fashion. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provides support to Front Office personnel through transaction processing and performing account maintenance while balancing both the customer and the bank's needs.

Be the liaison between the front and back office partners to resolve any transition related issues

Meets or exceeds productivity goals as established.

Meets or exceeds service level agreements as established.

Identifies areas of improvement to support overall client experiences.

Identifies possible trends and barriers to defining a great customer experience and escalates these opportunities for improvement.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase departments' performance such as process improvement, complaint investigation, etc.

Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of processes performed within the team.

Builds effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Identifies and escalates all irregularities and discrepancies to management.

Follows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers' assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run function.

Protects the Bank's assets and complies with all regulatory, legal and ethical requirements.

Skills and Requirements

Musts:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Related

1-3 years of experience at a bank, financial institution or brokerage firm

Knowledge of trust, wealth management or fiduciary processes, and understanding of financial markets

Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel

Experience with Trust/Wealth Account Maintenance

Experience with Trust or investment documentation

Strong communication & organization skills plusses:

Experience working within operations or administration within wealth management

SWP or Trust Desk null
