You will lead communications for one of the largest transformations within Mondelēz, ensuring successful implementation of new SAP S4HANA and o9 information systems.

SAP S4Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Post executive review MDLZ will proceed with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

You will be a core member of the Global Transformation Office, providing directions to global and regional team members on communication strategy, plan and execution. Collaborating closely with program leadership, change management, Mondelēz Digital Services (MDS) and corporate communication teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Create visibility and positive coverage for the program and ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware and understanding of the upcoming change.

  • Develop a communication strategy for the program and implement effective communication processes.

  • As a subject matter expert, collaborate with core program leaders to develop strong messaging around the vision and the need for change.

  • Provide clear directions to workstreams and regional teams on program communication ways of working.

  • Develop program content and enable workstreams and regional teams with guidelines, templates, and communication work products.

  • Identify and manage communication channels and create opportunities to spotlight the program.

  • Monitor execution and effectiveness of communications.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders: This role will require close collaboration with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop plans that align with the company's overall goals.

  • Monitor and report on progress: Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformational initiatives andadjusting as needed to ensure their success.

  • Lead and drive global SAP S4Hana transformational communications initiatives and projects of significant complexity.

  • Uses data to evaluate opportunities and adapt global strategies, where needed (e.g., brand, team, programs, etc.), into actionable plans to maximize delivery and execution.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of strategic communications planning, organizational analysis, corporate communications, or communications project/program implementation experience

  • Exceptional strategic planning, initiative engagement, stakeholder management, project/program management competence and skillsGlobal corporate communications.

  • Creating clear and impactful communication content.

  • Setting up effective communication processes and governance.

  • Directingand coaching team members.

  • Partnering with leaders, building relationships, and influencing foroutcomes.

  • Working with communication and content creation tools and platforms.

  • Demonstrating creativity and flexibility.

  • Working experience with different geographies and cultures.

  • System implementation exposure highly preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
