Your day as a Quality Engineer

This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing product quality to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as collaborating with the operations team to investigate non-conforming products. The aim is to lead key processes in identifying actions or solutions to prevent the recurrence of issues.

■ To ensure the product and raw material had been validated properly before release to the next process.

■ To set up a clear sampling plan with clear instructions for inspectors to validate/inspect the product before shipping to the customer.

■ Work closely with the operation team to improve product quality issues.

■ To ensure that the inspectors are working according to the instructions given and written.

■ Reduce and analyze customer complaints to determine the action to prevent recurrence.

■ To investigate and analyze each customer complaint and feedback to operation and related team to come up with the appropriate action plan via KAIZEN, NCR, 5Why, or 8D Report

■ Coordinate with the production department, Engineer department, and related section in the resolution of quality problems and in analyzing these problems for continuous improvement.

What do we ask from you?

Required Qualifications

■ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

■ Minimum 3 years of working experience in Quality assurance, Quality control, and Quality system

■ Good in English, able to communicate effectively both written and spoken.

■ Good in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP

■ Problem solving skill 5Why, 8D Report

■ Personal learning and self-development

Preferable qualifications

■ Overseas working experience and/or working experience in a Western company is preferable.

■ Gained TOEIC score above 550 or a similar English proficiency test result is preferable.

■ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
